Cold water hand wash with a mild soap, gently squeeze between palms a couple of times, then rinse in cold water until it is clear of soap. Hang in shade until damp dry, then iron on silk settings, cover with a cotton sheet on the wrong side, and iron for 2-3 minutes until smooth and shiny, ready to wear. Hang it carefully when not in use for safekeeping.
